Yes, you can use this on your face; it will be better for your skin than the mineral veil, but it may not be as effective. Look up organic arrowroot powder makeup recipes on Pinterest. That was extremely useful in getting the shading for mineral makeup just right.
The shelf life of our Organic Arrowroot Powder is two years. After it has been opened, it will last for three years. The resealable zipper on the high-quality kraft bag keeps the contents fresh. br>Tomi, thank you for your inquiry! This is the result of a collaboration. Brad is the creator of Feel Good Organics. Yes, it can be substituted for baby powder and other similar products. It allows your skin to absorb moisture, softening it. I also incorporate it into my homemade deodorants:

If you're allergic to tapioca, keep in mind that this recipe contains tapioca. It's not real arrowroot at all! 'Maranta arundinacea' is the scientific name for real arrowroot, which comes from the arrowroot plant, and 'Manihot esculenta' is the scientific name for cassava, which comes from the cassava plant. If you can't eat tapioca, don't buy this!.
Dry shampoo isn't as effective as this powder. Simply apply it to your hair roots and hairs with a large make-up brush, then brush it out with a hair brush (do this in the bath or outside to avoid powder on your floor). After you've applied it and brushed it out, make sure to dress. That is all there is to it. As if you'd just washed your hair, it'll be spotless. Organic cornstarch, by the way, works in the same way. Note: This technique is effective on hair that is BLOND or LIGHT in color. If you have dark hair, you'll need to add organic cocoa powder to the mix; to be honest, I'm not sure if cocoa works, but it's what I saw in the original dry shampoo recipe.
Arrowroot isn't one of them. Cassava is the main ingredient in this dish.
This is my first time using Arrowroot powder, and I had no idea what it was used for until I saw it in a recipe. br>Then I started making other things with it, like adding it to body butters for a silkier, smoother, less oily feel on the skin, then body powder, and finally a diaper rash cream with zinc oxide. br>Everything I've added this powder to has turned out great, and I've learned it can be used to thicken u br>Who'd have guessed that something so basic could be so versatile?.
I've never bought anything like this before, so I don't know what to expect. I bought it to make deodorant (recipe: 1/4 cup baking soda 1/4 cup arrow root powder 6 tablespoons coconut oil). It's perfect for what I'm looking for. I am pleased with the product.
I purchased this to replace my Bare Minerals Mineral Veil after reading about it on a beauty blog. I like the mineral veil, but it's quite pricey, and I don't want to spend too much money on cosmetics, so I try to save a few dollars here and there by looking for alternatives. I paid about half of what I would have paid for a small container of Mineral Veil, and it will last FOREVER. It removes the shine from my face in the same way that my previous product did, and I absolutely love it!.
I intend to use it in natural deodorants that I make at home, and I'm optimistic that it will turn out well. The powder is free of clumps and foreign objects, has a good consistency, and has no scent. This organic arrowroot powder appears to be of good quality and comes at a reasonable price.
