Yes, all three of the items I ordered were made of glass, but double-check that the item you're ordering is also made of glass. There's a plastic version that's very similar.

Under no circumstances, I was told, is the product returnable. I don't think it's fair. I don't want a refund; all I want is a fully functional bottle of honey! I suppose I'm being unreasonable if I expect to get exactly what I pay for. Amazon deserves credit.
When I opened the package, tiny shards of glass fell to the floor, and I was unable to return it.
Don't even think about it; you won't be able to find anything better, and believe me, I've tried!.
It's like having a taste of heaven in your mouth! It has a thick, creamy texture that melts on your tongue like butter. It's a little sweet, but not too much. It's also Organic, which I appreciate. Out of all the brands I've tried, it's one of my favorites. It was well worth the money!.

One of the jars had a crack in it when it arrived. So I contacted Vitamin Shoppe, who offered to replace or refund my order without hesitation. Of course, since we adore this honey, a substitute was made without hesitation. Overall, both the product and the customer service have exceeded my expectations!.
The jar has broken, and the honey has spilled into the bubble wrap. I was planning on returning it, but these items aren't returnable!.
The flavor is fantastic. Sadly, it is frequently solidified. Two of the jars have shattered twice because they were not adequately packed to keep them safe. The vendor has gone out of their way to replace them for us, but I regret that this has reduced the seller's profit margin. The product, as I previously stated, is fantastic. It's something we've been doing for at least 15 years.
