The honey I received was heavily crystallized when I received it, however, I like the taste of it. Although I followed the directions and boiled water, there was something wrong with it. It almost seems like I either got an old one or they let it sit somewhere cold for awhile because when I heated a pot of water and simmered it for about four hours, it seemed to have gone dry. In the meantime, it was still heavily crystallized after 6 hours. My final solution was to go back to Walmart, where I saw how fluid and different the color of this one was, and I bought it. We never had any crystallization issues with the one from Walmart, and we had zero problems with the one from Best Buy. In conclusion, I will never shop for this type on Amazon again, preferring instead to stock up at Walmart. I ended up throwing away half the bottle of the old one as my second and third attempts to unstick it didn't work out. We were unable to crystallize it in water.
