This wheat berries are ground into flour that I use to make Before I put the grain into my mill, I make sure it is fresh and clean. The spelt I purchased was good on both counts, and I will purchase more in the future.

My purpose for purchasing this product is to mill it into flour for Ezekiel A lot of what I believe to be peas or lentils in addition to grains that still had their hulls from their previous lives were found.

The food was not of high quality and clearly had some type of legume in it. There is nothing I can do about that.

Be careful if you have a nut allergy

Yes, I cleaned out a lot of nuts and peas, so if you have nut allergies you need to be aware. **I should have taken a photo before the sprouting began and the dehydration process took place. So far, I did not taste anything.

the spelling of this word! Cooked perfectly, it tastes great. As a result of Yupik's corporate failure, I'm going to blow my head off (just kidding), but I am going to be really discouraged. Vegetarians can turn to this company for assistance. Yupik is one of my favorite languages.
