A thick layer of Bag that can be sealed. Sesame seeds are a spice and seed junkie's staple, so I picked up an 8 pound bag. have purchased from Food To Live before and have always been happy with it. Despite the fact that they're so dried out, there is still some vital oil present in The bag does not contain any humidity. Putting them into a cup means that they "flow" as expected. You can grind them easily with a spice grinder and they taste great. You can use them if you want to make Tahini from scratch.
The bag is thick and has a zip-lock closure. That the organic products are available is a plus. I highly recommend this book.
