This is the perfect ingredient

In Florida, I make Italian sesame seed cookies and in Mississippi, I made pumpkin seeds cookies As I moved West, I was able to buy seeds directly from Italian bakery's back East. I am confident these were perfect seeds for my cookies and allowed me to keep up my traditions. Arriving so quickly and with containers that worked well, they got there in no time. I used very fresh seeds in my cookies, and I thought they worked perfectly.
