I like the mix of nuts and seeds as well as the dried cranberries for a slight sweet/tart taste. Similar products often contain M&Ms. The Ms or some other sweet/sugary item is bad for me. Apparently, it is no longer carried by our local Costco. I was devasted to discover it was gone last year. The fact that I found them on Amazon made me very happy. The good news is I found them at Costco again, so I may be able to cure my craving for them. I'm so glad!.
