If you contact customer service, they will most likely send you the cashews while allowing you to keep the almonds.
I had the same expiration date as 1/2022, but when I got them, all of the cashew pieces were rancid. In early July of 2020, I received mine. All of the bags had to be thrown away.

Wow. I had previously ordered these and had never had this experience. This item has become stale. I make homemade milk for my baby and had no idea what to expect when I received my new shipment. Over the last week, I've noticed he's had diarrhea and an awful diaper rash, as well as a skin rash, as I've been making cashew milk. (New) I never associated nut milk with problems until I went to make another batch tonight and simply sniffed it to see what was going on. They have a strong fishy odor. When I looked up rancid nuts, I got a list of all the side effects, including skin irritation. I'm really upset right now. My three "new" bags all have a fishy odor to them. The term "expire" means that it will end in the year 2021. This cannot be allowed to continue.

I was a little skeptical because I had previously ordered regular cashews from this brand, but it turned out to be good, albeit a little disappointing in terms of size. These cashew halves, on the other hand, are not true pieces. I used it to make milk, cheese, and cream, and they all turned out beautifully. There's also the matter of snacking. That's why, even though I blend for the majority of my needs, I always order full cashews. It was excellent for snacks. The size of these cashews appears to be larger than their regular cashews. To be reviewed, include a photo. I'd order this again because the quality is excellent.
This bag of cashews is the ideal size for making cashew milk. 1 cup cashews, soaked for several hours, blended with 2 cups water or coconut water There's no need to exert too much effort. I mix in a teaspoon of maple sugar and a pinch of vanilla. Making your own cashew milk saves money and ensures that you know exactly what's in your drink. I've bought this brand twice and have been very pleased with it.
I use mine to make cashew paste, which is an important component of a vegan diet. If you've ever had grainy cashew paste, you won't with this brand. I don't have a VitaMix, so I can't comment on it. I use a regular food processor to make my paste, and it always comes out smooth. With a good immersion blender, you can also add them whole to an instant pot soup recipe, where they will blend up smooth and perfect. THE MOST DELICIOUS CASHEES I've ever tasted. I only buy these and similar items from the same vendor. They're a pleasure to work with, and their output consistently exceeds my expectations. Dates and dried mangos are also worth a try!.
These cashews outperform any other brand I've bought on Amazon! I used to buy Sincerely Nuts cashews, but these Terrasoul cashews are far superior. There are no flaws or dark spots, there is a nice crunch, and the flavor is fantastic! Cashews are great in oatmeal, cereal, or just as a snack. From now on, I'm going to order these. The most delicious cashews I've ever tasted!.

I'm not opposed to snacking on cashew pieces, and they don't have to be whole cashews, but the flavor of these is off. They're okay with my kids, but if I have other brands on hand, I always choose a different one for snacking.
When I received my package, I was shocked to find old cashew pieces in all three bags. There was even dust on some of the cashew pieces. These were thrown away.
I'm not even allowed to come back! I bought these after seeing the product image and reading the title. All of this leads you to believe that these are premium whole cashews. It was cashew halves when I received the product! That was not at all what I had hoped for. You can't even return the product, so you've just squandered a lot of money on three bags of worthless junk; they should make it clear in the description and advertise it more. Instead of showing a bunch of whole cashews in the image, the product image should include cashew halves. I have the impression that I have been duped. Looking at the cashews in the bag I received, they also appear to be old. I haven't even opened the bag, but they don't appear to be of good quality. The cashews appear to be blackening. Avoid these at all costs. I'm not going to buy anything from this company because they don't give refunds on items that haven't been opened or used.
