There was an inside weight of 28 pounds. I received two packages this week, one of dog food and this. The package wasn't damaged, but when I took the items out and opened the cashews, the product looked damaged. As soon as the foil liner was folded back, the package had been opened. The foil liner is supposed to be sealed and not over the top of the product. What a waste of time! These are too toxic for us to eat. Is anyone aware of who opened the package.

Recently, I bought an off-brand of Deluxe Whole Cashews at a lower price. This contained about two-thirds whole cashews and a third or less of halfs or quarters. Therefore, I decided to buy PLANTER'S Deluxe Whole Cashews (same size can) for a lot more money, thinking these would be a better selection. You are incorrect! The quality was identical to the cheaper brand. About two-thirds of the cashews were whole, the rest were 1/2's and quarters. Approximately 1/4 of an ounce. Planters are so different from the picture on the can that I would not have thought they would be this different! Not worth the price!! It is tasty, but not worth the price!.

I have to say that this is my favorite snack. When I was employed as a produce clerk at a local grocery store, I got used to cashews really quickly. Our department used to have bulk nuts, and one of my favorite jobs was to fill the cashews whole. There is an option of 4 LB. My 18 was good and I am pleased with it. You may purchase 25 oz. In spite of this, Amazon is being extremely sleazy by promoting It seems unfair that a 4 LB option is in the 'Best Deal' category when it's effectively twice as much Selling is one thing, lying is another. They were very stale and did not seem to be crunchy at all. They don't appear to have been damaged in any way, but they taste like they were roasted several days ago and have been packaged for several days since. There was either moisture inside the can or it had somehow gotten wet. The first time that I have received a can of nuts that cannot be eaten was this week.
