Eat as much as you want, but do not overdo it. In my opinion, taking one or two of these daily is sufficient as Selenium supplements. Taking these nuts in high amounts in excess can be toxic, so if you're interested, please don't overdo it for an extended amount of time. You get a good amount of se a day straight from a single nut.
