The nuts are not marked with their origin on the package or on the bag. There is no quality certification stating what the nuts are made from. I kept them in the freezer and took out one week of supplies at a time to put in the refrigerator. Since I bought them just a week ago, I've not had a chance to eat too many, but I haven't come across a single rancid nut, which is always the risk you take when purchasing already shelled nuts.
