It was nice to receive the first 2 bags in good condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to return this bag for a refund since it is covered by our manufacturer's warranty! A sign that they sell defective products (rancid is defective If you cannot accept the item), a refund should be given. The product is useless and we will never purchase it.
