Questions & Answers

Can you tell me if your Brazilian nuts are non-GMO? Has radiation been applied to them?

It is against the law to add GMOs to organic certificates, such as these raw Brazil nuts. A similar conclusion can be drawn for irradiated materials. For your convenience, I looked it up on the web. Where appropriate, the USDA works closely with the FDA to incorporate food irradiation into the food supply chain. On food labels, the USDA regulates the usage of the organic label. Any food that has been irradiated cannot be labeled as a USDA certified organic product, no matter how it is grown or produced. I hope this has answered your question. I hope your day is going well. My favorite part about Brazil nuts is how fresh they are.

Is it true that these nuts have been ?

It does not appear on the packaging of the "Anna and Sarah Organic Brazil nuts" that I received that the nuts were "irritated". As a result, I do not know if the nuts were irritated. The organic Brazil nuts contained a statement on the package that indicated their country of origin Only one other specific line of information was present on the package, which read "Packed By Isaiah" 'PrepShip Inc.' is a preparation and shipping company. The farm is certified organic by Somerset, NJ 08873" and "Certificated It is recognized by organic certifiers. Additionally, there was a statement on the package that read "Questions and Comments" Have a comment? Please contact [email protected]. Please visit www.com". You might be able to answer the question about irridation using information displayed on the website inquiry forms. In the case of my search term "irridation of Brazil nuts" I put in my Bing search engine criteria, this is what resulted The amount of radiation in Brazil nuts is around 60% higher than that of Converting that to a decimal, it equals The millisievert per nut is 000016. For perspective, an X-ray is equal to the surface area of a single human hair You are exposed to 437 when you are exposed to your joints/limbs with an x-ray. Radiation that is five times more intense. The questioner was concerned about this, so I am hoping that resolves the issue.

A very low level of selenium
3/5

This item is only one star because the selenium they contain made me purchase them. There is a statement in the product description that states that they are high in The only time I realized they were grown in Boliva was after I purchased them. When grown in Boliva, they have a relatively low selenium content. It is a very inaccurate description of the product. Be careful and buy Brazil nuts that come from Brazil (those are the ones that contain the highest amounts The item could not be returned because Amazon refused to The score for Amazon is zero!.

You guys need to check these ladies out! The first thing I'd like to say is that I didn't receive a discount for writing this honest review! I can't stand hearing people talking about how they got a discount
5/5

As soon as they tell me they got one, I switch off! It was only for health reasons that I began eating Brazil nuts. Brazil Nuts contain an incredible amount of selenium for a very small serving size. Therefore, I purchased Brazil Nuts from three different Amazon sellers. It was the Whole Terra Organic Raw Shelled Brazil Nuts that we found to be the worst. I found the nuts to be a little stale with no crunch and lacking in In terms of quality, Terrasoul was miles ahead of its competitors. It was, however, Anna and Sarah Organic Brazil Nuts that were absolutely amazing! I loved how crunchy they were and how flavorful they were. The taste of these nuts now makes me want to snack on them Because they are healthy, not because they are fit. These ladies get five out of five stars.

I really like the taste
5/5

In order to decide to purchase these from Anna and Sarah Organic , I read a lot of reviews. Anna and Sarah's seemed to be the most common brand with feedback complaining of moldy smell or taste, but I have had no bad experiences with other brands. Honestly, I have not felt the urge to spit out or throw old nuts because of their appearance. Some have had an off taste, but it can happen with any brand. Raw Organic means that they have not been poisoned in any way (pesticides) or processed (process). It is better for you to consume raw foods when it comes to eating whole plant still have a 3 lb bag in the freezer, so I am continuing to consume them. I will let you know if by some strange twist, I find some bad nuts after I get to the bottom of the bag. Yeah, the nuts have all been intact so far. A half of a whole is usually the case when they are not whole. In addition, these reviews aligned with other reviews in a large way. Whether whole, half, or any combination, as long as I get the poundage I pay for, and they taste good, I am fine. You're welcome, Anna and Sarah Z. Thanks, Anna and Sarah Z. Thanks a lot for a fantastic.

Those are the ones you should buy! Even though I rarely write reviews (and I should considering how much reviews facilitate my purchases), this one was so important that I had to write it
5/5

Brazilian nuts are considered one of the healthiest nuts available, and I buy almost every major brand on Amazon (I eat brazils daily for the selenium), so I speak You will not find anything as good as There is a lot of meat, they're juicy, they're fresh, and they're There does not seem to be a single dud in the bag. In comparison, I cannot make a judgment on any of the rest (but many of them may be general suitable). It is definitely a product you can rely on. Disclaimer I am NOT a shill for your company!.

I was disappointed by the quality of the organic nuts
3/5

It was not my first purchase of organic brazil nuts from Anna & Co. This has been my third purchase from Sarah, but might be my last if I can find a better tasting product elsewhere.

The following applies to my two pound and three pound purchase of these nuts from A&M. % delicious*% good flavor*% very little or no taste*% starting to go bad*% completely rancid*% 2lb bag as medium sized nuts with a few large ones mixed in, 3lb bag Nuts from both bags are more white than yellow in color, with the exception of a few that are yellowish. These nuts are likely to be rancid or bad.

Hope the next bag is on par with the quality of the first
4/5

Seeing as my order was placed on August 16th, 2016, I thought I would write a review on my experience with these. My family has been buying these since I was a kid. Normally, I would give these raw Brazil nuts five stars before the August 16th order, but the August 16th order was different from my prior five star relationships with Anna and Sarah Organic raw Brazil nuts. As soon as I got past the bottom of the bag brazil nuts, the rest of the nuts earned a 5 out of 5. Therefore, I will restock the new bag and hope it will be the same 5 star bag that I have previously produced. It is important to note that I have never purchased a bag of Anna and Sarah Brazils that contained a bad taste or was moldy.

I love it because it is so fresh and delicious
5/5

It was a trepidation I had when making this purchase because my last purchase of Brazil nuts had been The odds are not in your favor. A happy surprise came with this purchase. The Brazil nuts are uniform in size, clean, and taste great. As a result of the price break, I purchased a 3 lb package. To preserve their freshness, I will freeze the majority of the nuts to prevent them from becoming rancid. There will be lots of delicious food to come.

This is delicious! I really like these! Honestly, they are not as good as freshly shelled, but they are still delicious
4/5

My love for these products has to do with the selenium they contain, since I am vegan, but even without that, I would still buy them. There are no words for how delicious they are! When I cut them up and roast them with raisins, I like to have them with Simply sprinkle a dash of black salt on top, and it's easy to snack! Sometimes I add them to horchata de morro when I make it. This makes a little bit of a difference and has a richer flavor than nuts. This is also really helpful if you are taking medications with these. There are a few vitamins I have trouble digesting if I don't take them with food, but that is no problem for me since I can eat two or three Brazil nuts.
