Have you called Amazon customer service? They're really good with all kinds of questions like that and also very helpful and nice. With my experience (and banks are different), but I've called Amazon customer service about that kind of thing before and they usually process the refund as soon as they get the item back then it's just up to your bank/financial institution and their policies on how long it takes for the money to show up on your account. I've never been a big fan of almonds before, but after trying these, I can't get enough of them. br>br>I ordered these as a healthier alternative to chips for when I'm in the mood for something crunchy. They're fantastic at what they do; I have to keep myself in check so that I don't eat too much at once. br>br>My sister tried some and thought they were a little too spicy and strong for her, but I think they're delicious. I would definitely tell my friends about these. In the worst-case scenario, if they don't want it, I'll gladly take it. br>br>(Another plus is the resealable bag. ) When you first open the package, some of the wasabi-flavored powder gets in the way of resealing, but once you wipe the powder away, the seal works perfectly.
br>br>I'm a big fan of Smokehouse Almonds, but these beat them hands down. br>br>The only thing I don't like about them is that they're hard to stop eating. )br>br>The wasabi's heat isn't overpowering - I wouldn't mind if Blue Diamond cranked up the volume a little, but they're already fantastic.
Don't buy these; they'll get you hooked! These things make me laugh so hard. Also, the wasabi coating slows me down and makes me eat them more slowly, which is a good thing. Almonds have a lot of health benefits. This product's price fluctuates, so I've added it to my lists and will keep an eye out for a lower price. Great product that tastes great and is also beneficial to your health.
They have a nice kick to them, but aren't overly spicy (unless you eat too many at once, in which case you'll get that super intense flavor that kicks you in the face). They arrived quickly and were not out of date or close to expiration when I received them (which is sometimes a problem with food purchased on Amazon). I'll buy them again because this is the best price I've found.
It has a very real flavor. Although not exact, it's a good approximation. It's also not excessively hot. br>An aspect of this business that I admire is- The almonds are in excellent condition! It's unclear if any fats have been added to keep the nuts fresh and prevent them from going rancid, as some nuts, particularly macadamias, are known to do. I'm not sure if almonds are used in this. br>br>As with all almonds, this variety has a high fat content. The majority of these fats are "good fats" (polyunsaturated and mostly monounsaturated). That doesn't make it a diet food, so keep that in mind. When you're not eating them, keep the bag tightly closed. This preserves the flavor and texture of the dish.
I ate a handful of these almonds and shortly thereafter I threw all of them up it seems they felt like poison I am 95% sure it was the almonds I had.
Why go out and buy them when I can have them delivered? I ordered this. I don't believe it was a good idea in this heat wave. They must have been sitting in a hot truck for too long because there was barely any crunch and the wasabi powder was sparsely coated on the almonds, as if it slid off? br>I was disappointed and could kick myself for being so lazy when I could have gotten them for the same price at CVS (they were on sale). br>So I decided to buy a bag at CVS and omg, all the crunch and flavor was there and then some! br>Oh, and did I mention that I have prime? It's not like they were driving around in a hot truck for a week, so I'm not sure why I got a bag of warm nuts that wasn't so fresh. oh well. Living and learning are two different things. br>Do I think I'd suggest it? Only if you're lazy and tired from work and don't want to go outside during this heat wave/rainstorm. The sweltering temperatures in New York City can bring out your inner bully.
These are quite delectable. I'm not a big fan of all the strange flavors of nuts because I think nuts are already pretty tasty. I usually stick to salty or sweet foods, but after trying these, they've become my new favorites. For example, I take a handful out of the bag and close it so I don't eat them all for dinner. Give them a rough chop before tossing them into a salad. You will not be disappointed.
