I have been having trouble with their almond flour lately as a result, my macarons have been hollow and look awful. Having discovered almond flour was my biggest seller, I needed to find an alternative. Oh, I was overjoyed when I discovered it! Nuts I decided to give it a try because I realized it would've ended up being cheaper in the long run to buy a 4lb bag than to buy separate 1lb bags at Wegmans. In knowing I would need extra flour for Thanksgiving and Christmas, I accidentally ordered unblanched flour in July last year. The package arrived at my house without my knowledge as I did not need it at the time I later realized the package had become so much darker that I had not noticed it until shortly before Christmas. It was then I was surprised to learn the package had not only been unblanched (it was my fault), but it had a sell by date of The item I ordered in July 2018 had an expiration date of July 5th, so they shouldn't have sent it five months after ordering. After I reordered, I was pleasantly surprised that the blanched arrived very quickly and had an expiration date of 2019. There is no way to get ahold of Oh, as they sent a bag of expired flour, and I can't find a way to communicate with them. Since I cannot contact their customer service directly, I am doing it here through this review. I have been very impressed with the product so far, other than one instance.
