Yes, this product does not contain any genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
Aluminum is not present in baking soda. Even good old Arm isn't immune. Hammer does not use aluminum in any of their otherwise dubious products. For all the good they've done, Bob's Red Mill hasn't done us any favors by releasing that aluminum-based product. I believe they removed the label from their bicarbonate of soda because it was free!

I only use this baking soda when I'm baking or cooking. To balance out the acidity in my coffee, I add a small amount.
This product is fantastic; I drink it every morning on an empty stomach, 30-minutes before I go to work. Before using, dissolve 1/4 tea spoon of baking soda in hot water and drink immediately or add cold water 60 minutes before breakfast. It aids in the reduction of acidosis and the elimination of harmful bacteria from our intestines. Everyone who consumes meat, fish, dairy products, or spices needs to consume soda.
Because of the COVID, all of the baked goods were consumed. People are stocking up on baking supplies in anticipation of a pandemic in the year 2019. I adore Bob's Red Mill products, so finding this on Amazon was a dream come true.
At the top, there is a small slash, as if made by a blade, and it has spilled out the most. As a result, the rest of the food is unsanitary and unfit to eat. complete squander of funds.
I recently purchased this product and discovered a similar brand and size for $3 at Whole Foods. It is not possible to return it if you purchase it here.
There is no bitter aftertaste and the flavor is very light.
