I highly recommend it. As someone with extensive experience in cream of tartar, I can offer the following insight. There are no words to describe how great this brand is. I've used it in everything I've made so far and it has turned out beautifully. In addition to making my own baking powder, I also use it for that. That I will be purchasing this again in the near future.

My favorite baking powder contains aluminum, and I cannot find it without it. There will still be aluminum in the product even if it says "no aluminum added. " The ratio should be one part baking soda to one part cornstarch to (A tablespoon of baking soda, one tablespoon of corn starch, and two tablespoons of Good as a stabilizer for beaten egg whites when I make my Meringue is also prevented from falling with this method.

I've had no issues with recipes so far. I often use an item in my keto bread recipes, but it is not very common. This is a product I'm not very keen on, so I only gave it a 4 star rating. As I knew the amount, I expected it to be a little more, but I do believe it is a very small amount of food.

I'm so disappointed in you. The package I received was not what I expected. A little less than half of the bag is filled. There is a vast difference in packaging. There are some differences between the advertised item and this one.
