It's nice to get a reasonable bag of baking powder at a good price

We love muffins, and I make my own baking powder with 1 part baking soda and 2 parts cream of tartar, so I use quite a bit of this powder every day. When you make your own, you don't have to worry about aluminum or I can bake with confidence in knowing that the corn starch in ready-to-use baking powder is almost certainly derived from genetically modified corn, and that my family and friends will enjoy my As well as cornbread recipe, I have one with no corn in it that my husband really likes. A combination of rice flour, quinoa flour, and millet flour is used to prepare the cake. I made my own baking powder for this, which makes it really healthy. (I am aware that a lot of people buy larger packages of cream of tartar to make snickerdoodles, but I made so many of them while my children were growing up that I do not plan on making any more.

The product is great! I'm glad it came in a big bag since I usually buy it from Walmart and only see them in tiny tubs. The price is excellent because it will last me for a while. I will purchase more when the time comes. For a large quantity, this is an excellent price.

The apple cider vinegar bite is gone with this product! As a regular user of Apple Cider Vinegar, the acid was a bit harsh on my throat, but I found that adding 1/4 teaspoon made it a little less so
