Black sugar crystals sparkle in the sunlight

The sugar crystals used here are shiney black, and I use them with white royal icing to create a beautiful contrast. If used with black royal icing, they make your finished product shimmer. My cookies really pop with a colorful sparkle thanks to them. Observations / Tips Placing waxed paper or a paper towel beneath the decorated cookie will prevent it from sticking. You can easily return the crystals to the jar when you're finished, as long as you remove the crystals that were never placed on the Getting rid of that waste of time and money saves you both.

Blurs in the coloring process

At first glance, this looks really cool, a lovely dusting of black. It turns into a brownish disaster after five minutes due to bleeding of the coloring. If you use this product with frosting, it will not last. So it doesn't really make sense to get.

You should be aware of this because it is very easy to use. The mouth (teeth and tongue) becomes black when the substance is ingested.
