The grind is fine and the cooking is fast

The taste as well as the texture are excellent. You can make an excellent polenta using this recipe despite the short cooking time. Just be sure that your water is boiling rapidly and that you start stirring BEFORE you pour in the polenta, unless you like lumpy uncooked grains. The grain will continue to cook if you cover the pot and let it stand, but if you want lumps (I don't mind, and sometimes I don't stir fast enough), not stirring will not make a difference. This 'crust' makes a good snack immediately after it has been cooked, but it is even better the following day after being refrigerated. The polenta can then be microwaved after being cut into cubes, drizzled with olive oil, and dusted with garlic powder. A squeeze of lemon juice is then squeezed over it and some fleur de sel is sprinkled on top. I'll be full until lunch with this breakfast!.

The dish cooks up quickly and has a great taste A characteristic of this polenta I like better than others I've tried is its texture. From now on, I'll buy this one.
Remember to follow- The 5lb bag has lasted me a year and it has been great every time. It has been as close to instant as it could ever Making it ahead of time and adding more or less liquid hasn't caused any problems for me. It can't get any better than this, I really cannot see anything that could make it There is a good chance I won't ever use any other bag. I'm buying another bag.
