Basically, it is just cornmeal that has been cooked. I found it to be very useful and useful. Can you tell me if the corn has been genetically modified? There is no answer for me.

While it cooks up very quickly and gets nice and thick much faster than regular polenta, it does not possess the same flavor or body as regular polenta. Even if you don't make a recipe with a lot of flavorful ingredients, you may not be able to tell the difference. You also don't have to do your groceries. It was originally intended to be used for a recipe on America's Test Kitchen. The basic concept was to blend in some yummy additions (I liked blue cheese and roasted garlic, or skip the cheese for vegan options), then let it set up in Then, cut into squares or triangles, brush with oil, and bake in a hot oven for a couple of minutes until These crunchy, tasty bites are great on their own or topped with caramelized onions, chèvre, etc. They also make great baby food for adults and can be served for breakfast or as a snack. Mix in a bit of parmesan, roquefort, or your favorite cheese along with some roasted garlic, crumbled into the mixture, and pepper at the end to taste.
I love the price and the quality of this product. This method is just as good as the old-fashioned way with corn meal, which took 30 minutes to stir constantly.
