The best instant mix, just as good as pricier brands that take longer to fix

The item would be nice to have in your pantry. Polenta in the instant form is great. Grit is a little lacking. I like it because it is very quick and easy. It doesn't make a fine dinner but makes a decent polenta dinner in no time. The last-minute polenta loaf with a gourmet touch is perfect for pantry dinners, camping, travel, or even Sunday dinner. Among the many I've tried, I have made homemade stir for 45 minutes and 10-minute stir for 10 minutes The mixes are 20 minutes long. Compared to more expensive 20 minute boxes, the homemade boxes are far inferior, but are at least as good. As long as I have it in stock, I will sell it.

Instant polenta has been a fixture in our household as a different base for ratatouilles, pasta sauces, The only option was to order it from Amazon, since none of our grocery stores carried the product.
