Supremo Italiano: 120 Small Cannoli Shells

It turns out that Whole Foods (a subsidiary of Amazon) provided these canoli shells. An enclosing plastic bag is packed inside a cardboard box that is a large one. The shells do not appear to be broken at all. It would be unfair to refer to these shells as true minis This is more of a regular size as opposed to a mini size. Crisp and ready for filling, they are ready to serve. You can use the following recipe for the filling if you are looking for an easy one Keep it up until the full beat is heard. Make a snift and add 4 tbsp sifted confectioner's sugar (10X) to the Fat Ricotta cheese. Add extracts of your choice. Cut chocolate into tiny pieces and fold in. Using a pastry bag, fill the pastry with the filling mixture. Just enough of the end should be clipped off to enable the mixture to exit the bag easily. Putting the bag inside the shell and squeezing the filling in to it will give you a much better result. Let a little of the filling show at the ends. Put a piece of chocolate into each end of the shell after it has been filled. You should serve your client immediately if at all If you are filling the shells ahead of time, make sure you don't do this more than an hour ahead.

Oh my gosh, these are so good! Miniature, about 2 inches high, wide, and deep One and a half inches long, with I like the flavor of the food. There's a crunch to the texture! The filling is too crunchy to eat within two or three hours of filling, but after about five or six hours, the filling has softened and the texture is perfect. I made the filling by draining two cups of whole milk ricotta in cheesecloth and adding 13 cup of white wine You can place the colander in the refrigerator The whey (water) from the ricotta cheese drained out in about a third of a cup. It is vital that you keep that in mind. The filling won't remain in the shell if it isn't allowed to drain overnight, in the fridge. In the morning, I tossed out the whey and added confectioners sugar to the ricotta which I then mixed with a teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1 tablespoon of orange zest. It filled about 12 minis and I still have about a half cup left. I am going to try using granulated sugar next time, because it is sweeter, so I will use less, and I hope it can be Perhaps some marscapone would be a good addition. I love it! I don't know what to say. These cannoli are great. I was blown away by the quality of the product. I definitely plan on purchasing.

In a nutshell, This was a product I have purchased before and found to be excellent. The reason I bought them again was because of that. In response to the box arriving, I opened it immediately. A piece of tape sealed it up. Tiny ants were on the inside of the plastic bag in the box. I found many quantities of amts all over the cannoli shells after I opened the bag. plastic tray did not contain the shells since the top layer of the bag had plenty of room that prevented it from fitting into the bag. Breaks were reported in a number of places. This is such a disappointment since I had been looking forward to getting them this I was advised that I could not return the product when I tried to do so.

Although it says fragile on the original box, it was packaged inside a larger box, which forced it to lay on its side.
Apart from that, they taste good and are.

Although they tasted very good and felt good on the tongue, they had that heavy "fried yesterday" taste Due to the cold weather, they were most likely well chilled. In a few minutes, I popped them into the oven and were right on the mark (let them cool to room temperature Put them in the fridge if you want)
These were a little less delicate (thin) than some other shells I've had, but I'll probably never make them myself The next time I have to make a big batch of cannoli, I will definitely buy these. Files are handled in a creative manner since there is enough time for it. The more fun it is. I am very pleased with this.

The taste is good, and they are fresh and crispy. I prefer them to the ones in the cabinets at grocery stores or in restaurants because they don't taste soggy. It is possible to find good canollis in an Italian restaurant, but the price is usually $4-$5 There is a $5 charge per item. Small did seem small to me, but I didn't realize how small it really was. This tube has a small inside diameter. It took me a long time to get the filling inside a pastry gun that I used until it My pastry gun is getting old, so I need a new one. The best way to stuff the inside is with a baby spoon. saved my little ones' little spoons for later use, and thankfully they work well. You may need to be patient if you are stuffing to the center. It's great for those of you who serve for others and take care to keep portions in check. 3/8" or 9. 5 mm is the diameter of the inside of the tube Half an inch. This is good, I would not mind if the interior diameter had been larger but the length was not altered. These are not items I would buy for myself. However, if I serve these for a party, I would definitely buy them again. The only problem was that it was too difficult to stuff. Chocolate pieces and nuts are to be found in the filling of my cannoli. I will stick to the larger interior diameter for myself.

The larger the shell, the more likely it breaks and falls apart when you chew on it. They may have thick shells so the contents will not break when being carried into the shells. With the small shells, I don't have any problems. They fill easily and stay full to the very middle of the shell.
