The price is too high for anyone to buy it! This is outrageous!
The purpose of them is to bake. There is a note on the package that states "for the oven".

As phyllo dough does not have many layers, no such layers are found in phyllo.

Unfortunately, the political report of their CEO is unacceptably impolite to me. The product is excellent, convenient and useful during this pandemic, maybe a little expensive. Hispanics are inherently undervalued and there are no justifiable reasons for the President's actions toward this group. In exercise of my right of free speech, I am boycotting Goya products as of right now.
Posted at the grocery store came in a cardboard ice chest covered in dry ice and packed with styrofoam. The empanadas defrosted quickly and were convenient to handle. empanadas, but before I did that I had them frozen after I had filled them, and they turned out great! They were not too greasy and the shells did not open. This company is the one I will use again if I need them.
It's hard to believe how good these dough discs are. They are of uniform thickness and their edge is film-covered so that they can be easily pulled b) they turn out flaky and crispy. This is great for catering jobs or parties with a large number of people. If you're a home chef, a case is a lot of product (12 discs per pack, 16 packs per case) but they freeze well and thaw easily, simply place them in your cooler the day before you intend to use.
The price was well worth it. At first, I didn't realize I would receive as much as I Thawing is quick and easy so you can use it right away. This is a brand that I will always use.

Baked empanadas are a great use of this product. It would not be a good idea to fry your food. Stacking packets of individual frozen cubes come individually wrapped with cellophane in between each layer so they are easy to handle. Batter baked at a high temperature produces better flavor and quality. I promise you won't be sorry if you try them.
It's difficult to resist the delicious shells. My first order of this product arrived in perfect condition. I received a 2nd order yesterday without any refrigeration and the product thawed, and this is not supposed to happen. My message to the seller is enclosed, and I hope we won't catch a cold as a result of this incident, otherwise we may be plagued by repercussions.
Empanadas and other desserts are good with these. Frying is not a good idea.
