This is fantastic. You must follow the instructions if you want to get the best results. When they say to let the ice thaw, they are not kidding. If the ice doesn't thaw to 90%, it cracks and breaks. It worked like you see on cooking shows the second time I allowed it to thaw the full time. You have done a great job.
