As if a pastry was dry. Crispy - they're good for you A little sweet but nothing overpowering.
I guess it's a good idea to read the expiration date on the box before purchasing the product, and I think Amazon should check their records before sending it. Unfortunately, the food I received did not taste "fresh," instead it had an undertone of rancidity. This was the first time I purchased these cannoli, and I was disappointed with the quality and the packaging did not resist the several manipulations, so there was no incentive to purchase them
