It has not happened to me. Fruit smoothies have been all I have ever made.
I have no idea what it was like, it was more of a gelatin consistency than a marshmallow consistency. There was no way I could keep it!

Breakfast with spray butter and this on toast is an absolute delight for me. The grocery store ceased to carry it, and I was very upset. I've got it sometimes on toast after lunch or dinner as dessert. The sugar free jelly was nice, but I missed the The toast gets a delicious boost of healthy fats without adding a lot of calories.
When you are trying to strictly adhere to a sager free diet, Walden Farms offers some great products. You may need to adjust to them a little bit, but they are a great.
