First off, IW has to figure out how long the food is going to remain fresh in its unopened package, before determining the expiration date. Because of the canned nature of this product, it should at least have a two year shelflife. I understand how to read food labels and find out that the product I received in January was produced on the 17th of January 2018 and therefore should be good until Since the product is opened and under refrigeration, it should last about 30 days after being opened. My wife enjoys it and it looks like it will stay fresh for a long time to come.
