How long will this shelf life last in the refrigerator after opening and before it has been opened? There is a huge quantity of unused food, so I do not want it to spoil. ?

After opening my bottle, I have not refrigerated it and it is still good since they say it will last a long time without refrigerating I use it at least once a week in Chinese cooking and I have gone through lots of large bottles this way.

Do you know if this brand contains fructose corn syrup?

There is a lot of flavor in this shaoxing wine , and I like the shelf life The use of plastic bottles is being reduced. This product provides a great deal of value for the price. There are so many dishes in Asian cuisine that I use this in.
