Red wine vinegar is a great choice Let me staple for you. The fact that I bought enough to ensure that I don't run out of supplies was very satisfying.
Vinegar made from red wine is my favorite. The company was introduced to me by an Italian colleague in 1963. The location was not found in my area.
Regina Red Wine Vinegar has been my favorite for years for making a very yummy sugar-free, low-calorie sweet sour salad dressing that's low in carbs and low in calories. To dress my salad, I place my salad greens in a thin plastic bag and pour my dressing over the greens mix. I add the bag to the shaker and shake until the dressing is evenly distributed. I then open the bag and pour the dressing onto my salad. It's just one of the many things I do to maintain a low carb diet in order to keep my blood glucose in a healthy NORMAL range without having to take medication.
