This brand and Hollywood brand of safflower oil switch on and off regularly. You can find out which fat grams are for Hollywood by looking at the following chart There are 14 grams of fat in total, of which 1 gram is saturated, 2 gram is polyunsaturated, and 1 gram is monounsaturated. It was Alton Brown who told me about this oil. According to him, it did not thicken when stored in the fridge, so restaurants used it as salad dressing.
