A refrigerator stored with 100% extra virgin olive oil should cause some of the oil to solidify. I found that this product, though it was labeled as 100% extra virgin olive oil, never solidified in my refrigerator, even when stored directly next to other oils that had solidified. I also found the taste to be diluted, and in any case, it was much inferior to a bottle that I bought from another brand previously.

This olive oil was not the most delicious but it was certainly acceptable for marinades, vinegar, sauteing, etc. I wouldn't use it for dipping bread or for anything where I expected it to stand alone, but at this price point, I wouldn't expect that.
I liked the taste of it. This is a good quality olive oil that I like the taste of, but I would not recommend it. I was not expecting it to have such a mild flavor.
