A lot depends on the individual's taste buds, but it has a smooth and peppery flavor with a mild flavor that does not have a very strong flavor. There are actually two types of olives in this film the monovarietal Koroneiki Olive and the polyvarietal Zeus Olive. There are no artificial flavors added to this Extra Virgin Olive Oil, it is 100% True Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The experience leaves a lasting impression on anyone who has tried it.
The harvest you are receiving is from 2018 and it is the freshest one available. During this season, November through February are considered the start of the season. An official release date for 2019 will be announced in late March. That should be of some help.
I agree with Max. We are well below EU standards in terms of EVOO at 5%. If anyone claims otherwise, it is through using artificial methods to bring down the acidity and the introduction of That should be of some help.
There's no doubt that this innovative tab can be dragged out and made into a spigot. Store the cap by unscrewing it and screwing it back on. Images are included in the listing as well. I appreciate your help

Many of you who have read some of my other reviews will already know I'm a bit of a food snob. Buying extra oil is worth it to me if it enhances the experience, provides better quality, etc. In this case, it was money well spent, but not really that much more than a bottle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil purchased at the supermarket, considering the quantity. Greece is the 900lb gorilla in the world of olive oil, and this particular oil comes directly from there. There are many layers of inspection and certification that ensure you are getting exactly what you have paid for. The same cannot be said about American store brands, largely because they are multiple-step processes. You shouldn't believe it but the chicken is sourced and adulterated (you can look it up on the internet), because there is no regulatory body to ensure quality control. I received a fresh oil that might be a bit milder in taste in terms of peppery quality in comparison to, say, I love how fresh and fruity it is. Amazon has it for a reasonable price, so it is well worth the effort.
To compare the taste and quality of this oil with another one from another company, I bought one from this company and one from another. My aunt's olive oil is one of her favorite olive oils, so I wanted to get the best possible from In addition, the oils I ordered had been awarded several times and were certified as to purity and origin, something I sought after. The first is an olive oil from Greece, and the second comes from Spain, the world's largest producer of olive oil. I've had a chance to taste both countries' oils first hand, which was the deciding factor when choosing these two to compare. There was no doubt that this oil was the favorite, having a beautiful golden/green color and a flavor that was smooth with a peppery finish in the throat. A single taste of olive oil should give you this sensation, just as tasting a fine wine would. It is said that the more you cough when sampling olive oil, the better the oil is. This was a bold but not overpowering taste. That way, it can be used to garnish dishes from the Mediterranean, Mexican, and Middle Eastern cuisines I enjoy preparing. As well as passing the "bread test", it is highly nutritious.
The packaging for shipping was also very impressive the oil arrived bubble-wrapped, in a cardboard box with peanuts to ensure stability, safety, and some insulation In the other brand's case, the can was carelessly packaged in a standard manila bubble wrap envelope, which resulted in a dented can and made when it arrived, the can very hot to the touch due to its time in shipping. I waited over 20 minutes for the water to cool down. As for the other oil, I noticed the same careless treatment from their shipping and that it did not display good color or taste. I cannot determine whether this was due to the extreme heat it endured in the shipping crate or whether the product was of poor quality It tastes great and is top notch in quality. Order this product if you want the best on the market. This is an experience you won't regret. The olive oil I will be ordering from now on is superb in all my dishes and I look forward to enjoying it's flavor.
not an expert, I certainly feel a quality product with good flavor and great consistency is worth the effort. It was last year that I bought the Ellora Farms oil after having tried most of the grocery store brands and a few specialized culinary shops' oils. The main reason they appeal to me was that they tend to represent small businesses, and I thought I might be able to find something I haven't A good olive oil will have great reviews that include more than a simple 'great oil' or 'works' but rather describes the nuances and quality characteristics of the As soon as I saw the tin, I decided to try it. Upon receiving it, I began using it right away. I found that all my favorite recipes became even better with it. The baguette even tasted better after it was dipped in the sauce. It feels like I have found an olive oil for life. While developing my knowledge of quality cooking ingredients, I am sure I've found it. My excitement when it arrived last month was matched by that of when I ordered another tin.
I love the freshness and flavor of this oil. Access to the internet is a problem. A poorly made lid is attached to the bottle. Users of the design say it works, so it is a good design. Plastic on the Ellora lid is so thin that it broke under my nail (it wasn't long enough), the lid was inadequately cut around the entire circumference, thus leading to no opening, and the lip of the entire apparatus is so thin that it was unable to close To avoid losing what could not get around the apparatus, I poured all the oil into bottles, rinsed the can with vinegar, and then used vinegar for dressing. There is still a can containing the entire apparatus. In the event of the lid issue, I would have been willing to purchase more, but I would have preferred not to. Earlier this morning, I ordered 3 liters from another supplier, same lid type, and had no problems.
After going to Spain recently and discovering how fantastic their Olive Oil is, I thought I would try a Greek one and compare it. I really liked this one although some of the Spanish brands have a strong flavor that I liked, but this one is actually better and at a little bit less price. There is nothing I enjoy more than it every time! Using it as a dip for sprouted bread, it is incredibly healthy. As I read about the care they take to produce a pure, delicious product without any pesticides, the more impressed I became. This is my first time using the service, and I'll be a customer for life!.
We were obviously doing everything we could to cook foods that were simple and that would not trigger her allergies, but still, my wife was allergic to the food we made. As a result, we were confused as we tried to cook simply with foods we knew she wouldn't be allergic to. It was suggested that olive oil we were buying at the grocery store was probably counterfeit/mixed with another oil or much older than the store recommended. Though I was skeptical, I figured a few extra bucks would be better than the cost of a refill for her Epi-pen Writing instruments. She was very pleased when she found out that recipes that used to set her off no longer did. Considering I am not a foodie at all, I have not detected any noticeable differences in the taste of our meals.
