This olive oil is delicious and LOADED with polyphenols, which means it has 30x more polyphenols than conventional olive oil. The harsh desert environment of Morocco is the place where this Olive Oil is produced. Due to its arid climate, olive trees grow to be some of the strongest in the world. Olive trees are forced to adapt to the limited resources they have. In order to protect themselves, these insects produce more polyphenols. The oil is so potent that I take a two-handed spoon of it every single day.

It's the best product I've ever used

It is a fantastic product! My taste for extra virgin olive oil tends to be bitter due to its bitter taste. However, this oil does not have that bitter taste. It has a nice, pure olive oil taste. I use it in salad on a daily basis. A bonus is that I've read that olive oil grown in the desert has the greatest health benefits.

I was so excited when I found olive oil with high levels of polyphenol, made from a single source, and with the bottling date included. I find it challenging. All those factors were present in this oil, but it was extremely disappointing. The scent and taste are gone, so there is no need to buy them.
