Can You Tell Me How Many Calories It Has?

Despite the claim that it contains zero calories, they are legally able to make this claim due to some loophole in government nutrition facts that does not represent the truth exactly. There is a claim that a 1/4 second spray has no calories, although a 1-second spray has 40 calories Per Conagra, there are about 7 calories in the second spray. There is a labeling law permitted by the Food and Drug Administration that allows companies to call products "fat-free A free item is one that contains zero calories or less. A serving has no more than 5 grams of fat, and “0 calories” if they contain no more than 5 calories.

There's a pretty high price tag on Pam spray. ?

In the past, we have bought it when it was on sale or in two can packages

It's the PAM Original that I prefer over all The butter flavor left an aftertaste whereas Original Pam did not add any flavor to the food, was effective in keeping food from sticking to a pan, and is very good.

It's a really good price for the value. In contrast to other brands which always leave a sticky residue, Pam's Original wash is easy to remove.

It has no taste or stick to it, plus it is easy to spread

PAM is the way to go if you want no stick in your food without losing the flavor. When used without the stick, it works great, but the flavor isn't there. Using the spray feature, it is easy to apply an even coating. It is used to cover roasting pans and as a tool for roasting.
