Let's be clear about one thing A false advertisement is when the container weight is included with the product weight. The coconut oil in this container is not 32 oz The product weighs 30 ounces with a container weighing 2 ounces. What does this mean to me? There's 90 degrees outside and my tub is filled with water Upon receiving fully melted oil, I whipped out my I had a look into a low-looking container and pulled out the kitchen scale to do some sleuthing A container filled with contents. My favorite part of the product is duh, yeah, it's good. In this example, would I be pissed to find out that I had been short-changed that sweet, sweet additional 2 oz? Had I attempted to buy exactly 32 ounces for a recipe, would it have been frustrating to find out that I was short-changed? That would be great.
A coconut oil this thick cannot be 100% coconut. A certain amount of coconut oil melts at a certain temperature, like all other oils, and the product contains different pieces that melt at different temperatures. As you can see, there are some pieces in it that don't melt on the skin IF it was 100% coconut oil, but since it's not 100%, I use it on my skin, and it ALL melts the same if it were 100%. If I continue to hold it even if I pinch each piece, my body heat will not melt it. The composition of these pieces suggests that the oil is either wax or another It is not accurate to claim that this brand is a 100% coconut oil brand if it has added fillers to it.
