I prefer Wesson Canola Oil over other oils because it is healthier and lighter. Also, because canola oil does not have a strong oily flavor, it can be used to make salad dressings without masking the flavor of the other ingredients. I also fry chicken with Wesson Canola Oil and it comes out delicious!.
You can cook with it (recommended) or use it to moisturize your pet amoeba (not recommended).
It's ideal for frying. There is no smoke, and the liquid remains clear and flavorful. It is claimed that this oil is healthier than other oils.
It's a good value and it cooks up nicely. I use it for chicken fries, shrimp, and other dishes. Crispy and tasty without being oily. I'd purchase it again.
I've never had an oil with such a distinct canola flavor. I appreciate your presence in my life, Wesson.
