The taste of this stuff in food is HORRIBLE. I cooked with it a few times and was perplexed as to what the hell was going on until I switched back to my regular vegetable and olive oils, and the strange taste vanished. DO NOT RECOMMEND IN ANY WAY.

Because they were out of what I usually buy (Saffola or Chosen Foods Avocado oil - see below), I purchased this at a local grocery store. Both of these are fantastic). This one does not appeal to me in any way. br>br>It doesn't taste as bad as some of the other vegetable oils I've tried, but it's still not good. br>br>But what's worse than the flavor is how it splatters boiling oil in your face while you're trying to cook! I've used it for a variety of purposes, at a variety of temperatures, and in a variety of pans, and it ALWAYS spits boiling oil at me. br>br>I'm not going to buy it again.
