I was furious!.
Crisco is 100% pure. oil made from canola. Be wary of 32 oz. That isn't a lot. 32 ounces is half the size of a 2 liter soda bottle, which is why the bottle is so small and costly.

Previously, I cooked with olive oil, but this is far superior. This is what I use with my cast iron pans, and it works perfectly. Olives are also something I despise. Yuck.
This is a great canola oil for my cooking needs. It's clear and flavorless, making it ideal for frying or baking.
