This is a buttery oil that is liquid. It is required for my children to make popcorn. This Amish business is fantastic!
I don't think there's any kind of non-responsible behavior here. Anywhere on the bottles, there should be a warning about genetically modified organisms. It is, however, very good.

We couldn't find our favorite oil at Sam's for months due to a nationwide shortage of popcorn oil for some reason. This oil was a good substitute for what I was looking for. Although it wasn't a coconut/canola blend, which is ideal for popcorn, it was tasty. At $10 a bottle, I thought it was a little pricey, but we love popcorn and were in desperate need. My main issue is that I ordered Buttered Flavor but received regular oil instead. I am unable to return it because it is a grocery/food item. So now I have $20 worth of the wrong oil that I can't return because it wasn't my fault, and I'm not going to buy it again if I can't get my money back if the seller makes a mistake.
This oil was combined with Amish medium white popcorn. I used enough oil to cover the bottom of the pan, added the appropriate amount of kernels, and got fluffy popcorn with almost all of them popping. I also drizzled a little oil over the popped corn and tossed it around a few times, and it was delicious!.
The best popcorn oil I've ever used. The flavor is delicious, and the color is attractive. It tastes exactly like the theater when I mix it with flavacol. Just make sure the salt is mixed in with the oil before popping it.
I'm not sure if I had unrealistic expectations, but the flavor was barely discernible. It probably tastes better than regular oil in my homemade popcorn, but it's a bit more expensive. However, our homemade popcorn is a big hit with the kids, so I'm glad I gave it a shot.
I combine it (half and half) with coconut oil to make a delicious snack with a wonderful aroma. I also use a variety of Amish popcorns that are just as tasty. My family expects me to pop the popcorn machine on a regular basis, which is understandable.
Well, it's simple to use because all you have to do is pour out what you need, but there's no flavor. I was sorely disappointed.
In a theater popcorn machine, I substituted this for coconut oil with heirloom popcorn. It has a great flavor. But not overpoweringly so.
I really enjoy the taste of the popcorn that comes out of it. Unfortunately, one of the bottles leaked all over the inside of the bag this time, resulting in the loss of a significant amount of oil. This, but not the product, has disappointed me.
