What part of the world do you live in where this is only two dollars? For those of us who don't live there, it's $6 in the store (assuming you can find one that sells it).

If you're 12 years old and still in middle school, I'm sure you'd snicker and giggle about it. Instead, do some research on the products you review and know what you're talking about. By the way, I'm incredibly proud of everything you've accomplished thus far. I wish I had enough free time and money to order a bunch of random things online and express my uneducated, uninformed opinion. To get to where you are now, you must have made a lot of good decisions throughout your life. Continue to put forth your best effort. You're having such a positive impact on people's lives. Where would we all be if you weren't here?
In fact, we use the air fryer to toast it beautifully. Cook for 4 minutes at 400 degrees, then flip and cook for another 4 minutes. Perfection in every way!

Given the state of this shipment, I'd be justified in giving this product one or two stars, but I've had this bread before and it's delicious. It has no effect on my wheat belly or gluten intolerance, and it tastes great plain or toasted. Pumpernickel is one of the few breads that has health-promoting properties and is easier to digest than other breads, according to a recent article I read. It's dense and chewy, almost nutty, with a rich, slightly sweet, and very slightly tangy flavor; however, as you can see from the photos, much of my order arrived in this condition. The recipe called for 11 loaves, but I had to discard the majority of them. Not all of them were covered in mold, as depicted in the photos - Only a couple of packages did, but even if they weren't moldy, they were all crumbled into pieces and not intact as bread slices. Except for two loaves, I believe they were all unfit to eat. So something was definitely wrong with this batch, either because it had been in storage for too long or because it had been stored at a temperature that was too high. Fortunately, Amazon provided me with a reasonable refund, but I would be hesitant to order these from Amazon again. I also prefer Mestemacher's larger pumpernickel loaves to these, which are smaller and thinner and have a slightly sweeter taste than the ones I buy in the store or order directly from Mestemacher online; I've never had a problem with the quality of any of the loaves I've ordered either way.
Thank you very much, Mestemacher! My mother-in-law offered this bread to us when we visited her in Munich, Germany, five months into my Ketogenic diet lifestyle, and it was love at first bite. Because a half or whole slice goes a long way, it completely changed my dietary options! I eat it almost every day and took two packages with me on a recent trip to Iceland; it's a fantastic product with a great taste!.

If you want to stock your pantry with some tasty bread at a good price, this tastes similar and is currently a better value per ounce.
In the early 1980s, before the United States seemed to understand the importance of good beer and pumpernickel, I used to make them myself and give them to friends. Pumpernickel became available at our supermarket a while later. But then they started sending us Americans something called pumpernickel, but it was nothing like real pumpernickel (and it was sent from Germany, shame on them!). I'd buy a few packs of real pumpernickel before returning home because I visit Germany on occasion. br>br>But then I found it on Amazon in bulk, and I've been happy ever since. Mestemacher Westphalian Pumpernickel, number 8, was and continues to be my favorite. Moisture-rich and firm 8-ounce blocks There are a few others that are nearly as good, as well as a few that are wider, dryer, and have more air in them. Pumpernickel isn't the same as I remember it being when I was a kid. Really, it's just a dense dark bread, which isn't bad but is unique.
This bread is one of my favorites, and I eat it at least four times a week with butter and peanut butter. I'm amazed I found it because it's so healthy and full of good things. It was well worth the money I had to spend on it.
This Rye Bread is one of my favorites. It isn't too dark, has a distinct Rye flavor, tastes great, doesn't need to be refrigerated, and can be kept for a long time, which is something that never happens in my house. If I had the chance, the only thing I would change is - I'd cut back on the salt. However, I am aware that salt is a natural preservative that has been used for millennia. As a result, I would rather have a little more salt than anything else. Thank you for creating and selling it! 5 STARS!.
This bread is INCREDIBLY delectable. When I first got there, I thought I'd open a package and try a bite to see if it reminded me of anything from my childhood. (I've visited Germany a few times because I have family there. ) ) Oh, my, my goodness! I sat down and ate two of the long (package length lol) pieces plain and whole. It's pretty addictive, and I'd say it's an acquired taste! br>br>Because my husband spent eight years as a child in Germany, I assumed that one of us, if not both, would be reminded of it when I read the reviews here. We don't recall eating it back then, to be honest. However, we both adore this content and will be sure to add it to our Subscribe and Save list. Smile. br>br>I like the idea of having bread on hand all the time and not running out. We like it crunchy around the edges, so we eat it straight out of the toaster oven. It's fantastic with cream cheese, but it's also delicious on its own. I believe it's possible to get away with anything! Haha. br>br>If you enjoy an old-fashioned Reuben, this bread is for you! Even just cream cheese, sausage, and sour krout will suffice. YUM YUM! br>br>Spicy brown mustard and sandwich fixings are also delicious. The list goes on and on.
