There is no oil, sugar is not added, and it is low in calories and carbs. It was delicious. There are some artificial sweeteners (sucralose) in it as well.

It does not impress me. The flavor of this soup is perfect As a matter of fact, I wasn't really pleased with this. Skinny Girl dressings had been highly recommended by some WW pages Truth be told, I tend to prefer some of the little bottles of dressing I find at the grocery store This is a 2 point game. Unless you consider the cost of this product extremely low, I simply do not recommend it.

The fact that it has no calories and a lot of flavor is hard to find in supermarkets. It is not cheap, but to me it is.

Both bottles were broken, but one had a mess in it. If it was in a bag, I would have preferred it to have been in a box.

Among all non-fat, sugar-free products, this one has the best texture and taste

There is no dressing that tastes better or has better texture than this non fat, no sugar dressing. It's a good zip, not too overwhelming, and well worth a try. The only reason it gets four stars is its cost!.

You need to be cautious of sodium

Fat content and flavor are good, but too much sodium will ruin the dish. In fact, if the SG could bring down the cost of food by 30% they would be in much better shape.
