As pictured, the product I received arrived in perfect condition. The texture isn't as creamy, and the flavor has more of a vinegary flavor Cardini tastes like the original to me because I found it at our local Safeway after I purchased this.
The speed at which you can use up 2 bottles will determine whether you return it if you got 2 The second bottle would be past its expiration date by the time I would get around to using it. It is not my policy to adhere strictly to "use by" dates, but rather to use them as a general guide. It is recommended to use one bottle per person. It's something I'm interested in keeping. A bottle and a half It would be my pleasure to return them In all probability, the seller will not want them back and he will ask you to "throw them away", but of course you have the right to do so.

During the last decade, Cardini's changed their recipe, and the picture shows an image of the old recipe. I suggest that you DO NOT buy this if you want the old recipe. DISTRAUGHT is the best way to describe me.
The only dressing I've ever been able to get my hands on is Cadini's. This item was not sold according to the advertisement. I am dismayed. There's something wrong with this new recipe, and it tastes awful. The original Cardini's is much more sour than the new one, and it has a different texture as well. Since I have been purchasing this dressing for 10+ years, it tastes cheap and doesn't taste anything like the dressing I've fallen in love with. My caesar dressing will never be the same because I will have to try out some other brands or I will have to make it myself. A very disappointing experience. Don't do it!.
There's no way I can take this anymore. The dress shown in the photo is NOT the one in the picture! This is the new packaging, and the recipe, somehow, is not the same as before. You've got to try it! It was my pleasure to order because I was hoping to receive the old/original dressing like the picture.
I am sad to say that after years of buying this wonderful Caesar dressing, I cannot continue to do so. This recipe has been changed, and it is nothing like the old one. There is no visible difference between this old label and the one you see here, i. e. dark green around the outer corners. You receive a new lighter label when you order it, but when you receive the product, it is a different product. It is a lie that you see here. Salad dressing like this will be missed by me. As a salad topper, I had it every night!.
I requested the original Cardini Recipe, but I You will find that it tastes much watered down and has more vinegar, less egg, and much more vinegar than the original. Originally, I wanted to make a light slaw dressing. However, Cardini's changed it so badly that it almost turned out to be an awful mistake?.
This item was ordered under the impression that it was truly the original dressing. NOT AT ALL. I don't like the new recipe at all. Our family has loved this dish for years, and I am very sad to see it go. A very sad day for them . . . they have lost this customer.
I was so glad to see it, since I cannot find the original recipe elsewhere anymore. There's no better way to describe it! (On R) There was a new recipe that was in the new packaging. I don't like it. That makes me so sad. Replacing it with a new one.
Whenever I have Cardinis Caesar dressing, I am in heaven. My usual purchase is at Costco, where the big ones are. This smaller bottle was ordered after I ran out of my larger bottle. The composition was different, the liquid was runnier, and the price was less than if I bought them at Costco! I'm not sure if they'd been sitting on shelves for a long time or what, but the texture and composition seemed different.
