I just looked at mine, and it says "one carb." Here's something to think about: Because I need to keep track of both carbs and salt, I buy both the Reduced Sugar and No Salt Heinz Ketchups, mix them together, and re-label the bottles. This increases the carb count from 1 to 3 grams per tablespoon. , but it does so at a lower salt/sodium content of 190mg per Tbsp. to 98mg. The flavor isn't affected at all!
190mg, a daily value of 8%.
I don't believe that is the case.

There's an important distinction to be made here. I ordered this with the expectation that it would be made with real sugar rather than fake sugar. Now I'm in the Bahamas with two bottles of it on my boat, and no one wants to drink it. This product should only be used by diabetics or those who require a sugar substitute.
It does not state that it contains TWICE as many calories as the advertised product. Heinz "no sugar added" is what was delivered, and it has 10 calories per serving vs. the "reduced sugar" version, which has only 5 calories per serving Heinz can't explain why the no sugar added version has TWICE the calories, but the bottom line is that not only does the packaging differ, but so do the contents. Please let me know if you know where I can get the 5 calorie reduced sugar ketchup.
I adore it, and I miss it terribly when I cut down on my sugar consumption. br>br>This tastes eerily similar to ketchup. You taste it and think to yourself, "This is ketchup. " No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no There's a slight difference, but it's not noticeable unless you're eating it with something. The bottles are smaller than I expected, but I have to do what I have to do as someone who loves ketchup.
I'm on a diet and need to come up with some alternatives. I can't imagine not having ketchup, and this is a great substitute. I'm on a low-carbohydrate eating plan. Per 2 tbsp. , there is only one carb. It has a great flavor and I can't tell the difference between it and regular ketchup. It tastes fantastic. I've found that this is the closest I've ever come to the real thing. More tomato-based dishes y, richer in flavor, and noticeably less sweet I sincerely hope they continue to produce this. It's more expensive than regular ketchup, but it's less expensive than regular ketchup in terms of flavor impact. or the cost of most condiments, spices, and other ingredients that enhance the flavor of your food. Because I saw it on sale at an outlet, I was concerned that it was being phased out. a discount fashion store Whew, it's still available, albeit in repackaged form. It is well worth the money.
This vendor has slapped their own labels on both ingredients and nutrient counts, so the ketchup might be okay. I won't buy from them again. Buying this as part of a keto diet, for example, defeats the entire purpose of doing so. DON'T MISS THE NUTRIENT COUNTS OR THE INGREDIENTS! If you want labels on there, put them on the removably wrapped plastic. They won't bother you again.
It is more expensive, but the flavor is far superior to regular ketchup. It's ironic that they put less garbage in it and charge you more for it. It is, however, well worth the effort. Sugar-free ketchup has a more natural tomato flavor than regular ketchup. It's truly surreal. It tastes fantastic! Even if I wanted sugar again, I am not diabetic because I have the option. I'd never use regular ketchup again.
A diet, after all, is supposed to be costly. After all, we'd all be swimsuit models if we could get skinny by eating only carbs and sugar. So it's always a treat when you can find something that tastes good while also being good for you. That's where this ketchup with no added sugar comes in. It allows me to stick to my Keto diet while also satisfying my ketchup burger cravings (on Keto-friendly buns, of course!).
This ketchup has the same flavor as sugar-free ketchup. This is great to cook with or use as a condiment if you have diabetes. It comes highly recommended. The reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating on value is that it had a significant price increase since I ordered it a month ago. During this health-care crisis, now is not the time to raise prices.
