When a product gives you more than you asked for, it's a rare occurrence. I expected rotel with a hint of lime, but not this much. I assumed it would be similar to regular rotel, which I can eat straight from the can or throw in a bowl for a quick salsa. I tried diluting the lime rotel with a can of diced tomatoes, but it still tasted too strong. Although I enjoy lime, too much of it overpowers the tomatoes and peppers. I didn't notice the cilantro at all.
I've bought Rotel before, but never had to pay $9 for it. For a can, it'll set you back 99 dollars. Rotel is an excellent product. However, the seller misled me, and the price for one can of Rotel was exorbitant. Be wary of the seller, but Rotel's product is excellent. It's a staple in my kitchen.
This is my go-to salsa because it doesn't require any chopping or mess. The lime juice adds a freshness to the dish that is lacking in plain canned tomatoes.
The best product for when you don't want to buy them separately and you need them for your meals, such as chilies, etc. I love it and buy it frequently because the price range is right on point.
