Organically-grown and harvested by Cliff Fong's family farm in Yolo County, California, Bianco DiNapoli tomatoes are sourced from the San Diego area. Their unique taste & aroma is produced by the long, hot summer days and fertile soil. We handpick our plum-shaped tomatoes at the Olam tomato cannery in Williams, CA, within hours of harvest to wash, steam peel and select the best for marketing. The foods come in their own juices and are prepared with sea salt, organic basil, and top with sea salt.

It is BIANCO that he goes by It's a good question whether Muir Glen (CA) is another brand? You may not be aware, but Bianco San Marzanos are great.

It would be unfair not to say that these tomatoes are the best for pizza sauce

I take pizza seriously, so when Bon App suggested them, I was intrigued. This was a right decision The taste of these tomatoes is better than any other tomatoes I've tried, and I've tried more than a dozen types of tomatoes. All that needs to be done is a bit of salt and garlic to make the sauce ready to use. Pasta can also be used with it after it has been boiled down. This is pretty much our go-to meal these days.

This is really good stuff! Fresher-tasting than other canned tomato products you're likely to find, it has a noticeably brighter and more vibrant flavor. It tastes like you just made your food taste better by adding salt. You can open the can, heat it up, and put it on pasta and it will taste like you just did something magical. The product is excellent.

I am shocked at how good this is

In my experience with Whole Foods, I have tried a lot of tomato brands but this one is AMAZING! The taste of canned tomatoes has never struck me so deeply. My mouth was watering as I took spoonfuls of the sauce I was making or just felt like I needed to eat the raw tomato can. This is amazing.

There is no better tomato in the world than these. He produces them at his restaurant in Arizona, where he won a James Beard award. Making the perfect pizza was featured on Bon Appetit. The cost is high, but the results are A "YOLO" mentality.
