All I will say is that the off-brand of canned beans were not the same as Del Monte, and they had a crunch to them that I don't want in beans to eat. I believe it is sand or dirt, so I will never buy their items After trying this brand of beans, I definitely agree that brand matters and will continue to use this brand whenever possible.

It is fine to have emergency supplies I am not a fan of the salt or It's not unusual for us to be frozen I took some canned veg as well as an emergency supply in case COVIDS spreads in our area A consequence of the 19 crisis is that food supply is affected

As a test, I tried a can with dinner last week so that I could see how good this is going to be The beans were mushy, and shockingly salty, so I hope they end up just sitting around collecting dust. It might have been better if I had rinsed them first, but I followed the instructions and just threw the contents in a pot with hot water and heated it up. There is very little edible in it. The experience wasn't what I had hoped for, but it was better than I had expected.

There was an error in the type of green bean Unlike the long, slender green beans you usually see, these beans are short and squat. We use canned vegetables for stews, soups, and crockpot meals, and not anything else.
