It is the first time I have heard or tasted carrots in escabeche from La Costena. It would be great to hear how they taste. I really like the carrots I have, but I'm curious to learn about these new ones.

It's common for me to buy cans of La Costena sliced jalapeos that include some carrot slices. The carrots have always been a favorite of mine, so I was happy to see them sold here by themselves in cans. We present you with these crisp, spicy, delicious pickled carrots topped with a few diced jalapeos. A crunchy, rather than a soft texture, makes them perfect. It's easy for me to eat them straight from the can by themselves, they're so delicious! In addition to being good to eat, they make a great addition to recipes and.
We had to buy in a bit more bulk here as a result. In addition to this, they are inexpensive and the family eats them, so they don't go to waste. Mix these with REAL fresh cut jalapenos, and you'll be in heaven.
To snack on or add to salads, I enjoy the flavor of these carrots. It is sometimes possible to find them in Texas grocery stores, but once they ran out, there was no way to find them again for days. Honestly, 1/2 can a day is how good these are. I bought a car elf and eat one a day on average.
