It's a great way to make a quick and easy American chop suey for a low-budget meal! 1 stick butter, 5 to 2 cups macaroni, mild Ro*tel, a 7. 4 oz. salt, a carton of Hunts tomato sauce pepper. Makes enough for one hungry man or a couple of elderly people!.
I think it's impolite that half of my cans are twisted in this manner! I'm not pleased with the carelessness with which these were packed.
We used to combine a can of Rotel with a can of Campbell's Cheese Soup (non-dairy) back in the 1970s. Serve with chips and a diluted version of the sauce. We only had chaffing dishes, but the small crock pots that are now available for potpourri would be ideal for this. Some people used a small loaf of Velveeta cheese, but I prefer the flavor of canned soup.
Well, I'm happy to report that none of the cans in my order were dented, which was a welcome relief in these trying times! br>br>I had never tried lime before. It's the first time I've had cilantro flavor, and it's fantastic. It has the same level of heat as regular Rotel, so if you want something mild, go with the "mild" flavor rather than the lime flavor. the flavor of cilantro This lime is br>br> The flavor of cilantro is quite versatile; if a recipe calls for salsa, you can replace it with a can of this. Rice, beans, bean burritos, ground beef, turkey, vegan meat crumbles, and any type of Mexican casserole, stew, or soup benefit from the addition of cilantro. There are numerous applications for this flavor, and I would not hesitate to order it again. Especially at this price, and given that fresh produce is currently out of reach for some of us.
I purchased two cases of the Hot with Habeneros variety, but I usually purchase the Green Chilis variety. But, with Campbell's Bean and Bacon Soup, I usually use half a can. It's always good with a full can of refried beans mixed in with a pound of cooked ground beef and 20 oz large refried beans stirred in as a dip and baked in the oven with cheddar cheese on top. accompanied by tortilla chips It instantly satisfies your hunger! I'm starting to feel peckish.
I was devastated when ALL Rotel was completely removed from my local stores! I was desperate to find some because it's a required ingredient in our favorite chili recipe. I chose this type because it was the only one available with fast shipping options. I usually use regular Rotel and haven't noticed much of a difference in the level of spice in my finished product, but I do add a lot of other spices, peppers, and seasoning to kick it up a notch. I didn't have to make any changes to the amounts of the ingredients I usually use.
Nothing compares to ro- tel. The store brands simply do not have the same quality of flavor as Ro- tel. It's adaptable and can be used in a variety of tomato-based dishes. To spice up our soups, meatloaf, chili, and dips, I use a small can. Use leftover taco meat or a package of ro-style ground sausage. tel and a cube of cream cheese to make a hearty dio that serves as a meal. . . you can even combine the above with a hunk of "processed cheese" from the popular Queso dip. It's a staple in our house, and I like to keep it in my pantry at all times. . . the price is great, so I've set up a monthly auto-subscription. It's a win-win situation in our house.
Since the beginning of the saga in March, my grocery store has been out of this. Almost all of my basic Tex-Mex dishes contain this ingredient. Whatever you want, whether it's beans, rice, or fideo. When you have a small child who demands your full attention right now, it just makes things go faster. It's actually less expensive than what I used to pay at the store.
