Product Description

CARNAROLI RISO RISO RISO RISO RISO RISO CA Carnaroli is a medium-grained rice native to Italy's Po Valley, and it's widely regarded as one of the best risotto rices. It has a higher starch content and a firmer texture than other more common varieties, so it holds its shape better and is more resistant to overcooking.
KEY FEATURES Carnaroli rice has an oval shape with a grain length of about 8 millimeters that holds its shape when cooked. The starch is evenly distributed throughout the grain of rice, resulting in a creamy risotto that stays al dente for a long time after 16 to 18 minutes of cooking time. The rice grains do not stick together while cooking, ensuring that the result is always robust.
PREPARE TO COOK Carnaroli rice is a medium-sized grain with excellent cooking stability that absorbs all spice aromas and produces the creamiest risotto. Carnaroli rice grains do not stick together, making them ideal for risottos with meat or seafood, as well as rice salads.

Questions & Answers

Is this rice better for risotto than arborio? I keep using arborio, but it never turns out well. Is it my or Arborio's fault?

I haven't tried it yet, but the article I read about it emphasized how well it works in risotto. I've also had no luck with arborio rice, but this variety is supposed to take only 20 minutes to prepare and has the creamy texture I associate with my favorite Sicilian restaurant.

Is this ai pestelli Carnaroli Rice?

I'm not sure, but I believe the answer is yes. Ferron, I am certain, employs this strategy. Just make sure the risotto doesn't take longer than 18 minutes to cook, which is usually between 16 and 18 minutes. It takes 18 minutes to complete. Allow the risotto to rest for a minute before beginning to emulsify it, and keep the diced butter frozen. You can also ask your question by contacting them directly. I've tried their rice before and it's good; aquarello rice is another option, but it's a lot more expensive.

This is the best risotto rice you'll ever have
5/5

I used it to make risotto for lunch today, and it had the perfect, slightly nutty texture, as well as a great flavor. It was improved (don't laugh) by adding some creamy Irish (!). ) cheese. On the same day, I ordered this and another variety of risotto rice in 1 kg bags from Amazon. However, they overstuffed it with some heavy jars of fish oil capsules, tearing both rice sacks in the process. Fortunately, the four large bottles of fish oil blocked the north and south ends of the box, allowing me to separate the rice varieties into their own jars. Don't order anything else while you're eating this rice, in my opinion.

For risotto, this rice is ideal
5/5

A delicious, creamy risotto resulted from this product. At least 45 minutes is required. This rice (at least in a risotto) takes 60 minutes to cook. It's a lengthy procedure that yields a delectable dish.

I couldn't find risotto in my local grocery store, so I turned to Amazon
5/5

This was of good quality, and although I'm no expert, I couldn't find risotto in my local grocery store, so I turned to Amazon. Although I am not an expert, I believe this is a fantastic product; you can find it cheaper in stores, but sometimes that is just too much effort!.

This is without a doubt the best risotto I've ever made
5/5

This is without a doubt the best risotto I've ever made. The kilo of rice was sealed in a plastic ziplock bag with a paper container. The original paper container was torn (hey, it was a long journey from Italy), but the ziplock held it together. br>I'll order this again without a doubt!.

Makes a fantastic risotto
5/5

This rice was recommended in several of my recipes, so I bought some to try. Loved it. I don't make risotto all that often, but when I do, I want it to be good. The texture and creamy flavor of this rice were a hit with my family, which was the most important test.

a must-have for risotto chefs This is the third time I've bought it
4/5

The rice itself is excellent and takes slightly less time to prepare than other types of risotto. The - Due to the way it spills inside the box during shipping, it gets a one-star rating. That would be far too costly!.
